Shipping

Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and ship within 2-3 business days. During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Methods

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and chosen method. Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Tracking information provided via email

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may take 2-4 weeks depending on customs and your location. Additional duties and taxes may apply.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your package's journey. If you don't receive a tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

We want you to love your Kimbers Glow products. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned for refund but may be eligible for exchange.

How to Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll provide a prepaid return label
  3. Pack your item securely and ship it back
  4. Upon receipt and inspection, we'll process your refund or exchange

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately with photos. We'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
